Youth Theologicial Initiative
Aileen is the Assistant Director of the Youth Theological Inititative housed at Candler School of Theology at Emory University.
She assists in the planning, recruitment, and programming of the Summer Academy, the Public Theology Program, and the two travel seminrs, Praying with Our Feet (Civil Rights) in Alabama and Journeys of Faith and Reconiliation (Peace-Building) in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Essentials for Youth Ministry - Candler Foundry
Aileen works as a Course Facilitator for the Essentials for Youth Ministry program at the Candler Foundry.
As the course facilitator, Aileen interacts with the participants of the program, offering feedback on their course work and holding space for conversations on youth ministry.

The BRIDGE Initiative
Aileen is a Young Adult Wisdom Consultant at the BRIDGE Initiative housed at Candler School of Theology at Emory University.
The BRIDGE Initiative aims to to help young adults and churches form literal and symbolic bridges to find connections and build relationships acriss generations. Aileen works a consultant in the strategic vision, planning, and evaluation of BRIDGE events and learning sessions. She also develops curriculum for the program.

Polaris Young Adult Leadership Fellow
Aileen is a fellow for the Polaris Young Adult Leadership Program housed at Princeton Theological Seminary.
This two year program aims to cultivate relationship among young adult Christian leaders across the nation, offering them community and support in their expressions of leadership. Aileen is in the process of developing a project with the support of this program.
Thecla’s Window Publishing
Inspired by the the faith of Saint Thecla of Iconium, first-century saint, Aileen is developing a project to sharing the Gospel with young people in ways that are engaging, inclusive, and relevent. She is developing a weekly Bible study curriculum for high schoolers, designed for various settings—religious education programs, teen-led groups, school clubs, etc.
